One of the innovation work programs currently being developed by the Public Administration Student Association is EKO and the staff awarding. Through the Saka Gautama cabinet, EKO and the staff awarding are presented as routine activities which are held every 3 months. EKO will be enlivened with various evaluations during the course of the organization within the last 3 months. The evaluations shared in EKO are the thought and various anxieties felt by each functionary and the other association administrators. The purpose of this EKO is to maintain the quality of the organization. So that, it can be carried out in accordance with its goal, namely the application of kinship principles that run proportional to the professionalism. Besides, EKO also aims that each member can improve themself from any mistake during the organizational activities in order to create better individuals in the future.

The second activity besides EKO is the staff awarding. This activity will be held along with EKO and within the same time frame, which is once in every 3 months. the Staff awarding is a form of appreciation or reward for the functionaries who have worked optimally and maximally for the last 3 months. It is expected that this staff awarding event can improve the enthusiasm of the association administrators to compete with each other to become better individuals.

The existence of EKO and staff awarding is essential for the future course of the organization, apart from being the quality assurance of the organization. These activities aim to keep the enthusiasm of each functionary from the beginning of to the end of the management.
