Bawen, (27/04). After going through many work programs, Public Administration Student Association Diponegoro University held a healing activity in upgrading event, which are held 2 days and 1 night starting on April 27, 2024, at SEAT (Stiper Edu Agro Tourism), Bawen, Semarang Regency. Upgrading is one of the work programs from the Student Resource Development (HRD) department of Public Administration Student Association, which aims to increase internal sense of belonging and event management skills among all Public Administration Student Association members through seminars and games.
“Isn’t this supposed to be a healing event? Why is there a seminar?” Well, this isn’t just any kind of healing. It’s a productive healing intended to improve the productivity, quality, and capabilities of all Student Association of Public Administration members so they can provide the best for all Public Administration students.
After the seminar, the activity immediately continued with several games. One of the game was the Ngeces game, and its excitement can be seen here. Additionally, there were games designed in a discussion model and work program assignments to enhance the critical thinking skills of the members.

‘’I think the event was really fun, especially the games. The lessons learned were very useful and helped me understand event management, so I can improve my soft skills,” said Indah, a member of Public Administration Student Association from the Advokesma department.
“The series of Upgrading activities conducted yesterday was very inspiring and enjoyable. Personally, I gained new experiences and knowledge in organizing, which I obtained through fun and exciting activities,” stated Mitha, a member of Public Administration Student Association from the X-Men department. Additionally, Zilfa, a member from the Social Community (Sosmas) department, expressed that Upgrading was fun and the activities were innovative and beneficial for enhancing the sense of belonging and event management skills.
