The internship program is one of the courses presented to produce quality and qualified Human Resources (HR) to prepare for the world of work. This internship program is certainly not only beneficial for students, but also a way to open a good relationship and communication between the University and the agency where the internship is held. The Regional Secretariat of Semarang City became the locus chosen for the implementation of internships by students of the Department of Public Administration, FISIP UNDIP, Arneta Rahma Aqila (14020119140168).

The internship lasted for 1 month from September 1, 2022 – October 12, 2022. There were several series of activities carried out at the Regional Secretariat of Semarang City. One of the activities that students participated in was conducting a Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) in several OPDs, one of which was at the Health Office. The Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 is a comprehensive measurement activity on the level of public satisfaction with the quality of services provided by public service providers. The survey was conducted to see and re-evaluate how public services had been implemented. Furthermore, if there are several obstacles in the implementation of these services, they can become further evaluation material to improve the quality of public services for the community.
