Sragen, 14 August 2024 – On July 11, 2024, the community service program (KKN) team from Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) held a discussion with the village secretary (Ibu Carik) in Jatibatur Village, Gemolong Subdistrict, Sragen. During the meeting, several key needs were identified to enhance the village’s connectivity and transparency. Two main initiatives emerged from the discussion: creating a digital village profile using Linktree and developing an online complaint form with Google Forms.

The first initiative involves creating a digital profile for Jatibatur Village in the form of a Linktree page. The goal is to present the village’s basic information in a structured and easily accessible manner. This profile will include information on the village’s history, tourism potential, cultural activities, and investment opportunities. The Linktree page will serve as an information hub, providing important links such as the village’s website, social media accounts, location maps, and contact details. The creation process begins with gathering relevant information about the village, including its history, tourism potential, and cultural activities. Next, a Linktree account will be set up, content will be organized, and the page will be promoted to external audiences to increase visibility and accessibility of the village’s information.

The second initiative is the development of an online complaint form using Google Forms. This program is designed to make it easier for villagers to submit complaints and feedback online. The complaint form will include standard questions designed to capture various types of complaints, ranging from service issues to suggestions for improvement. Steps for this program include creating the form, establishing a mechanism for managing and responding to complaints, and socializing the program to villagers through existing communication channels. The collected forms will be routinely managed and followed up according to established procedures, ensuring every complaint receives proper attention and resolution.

The implementation of these two initiatives is scheduled for August 14, 2024. On that day, the KKN team will finalize the creation of the village profile and online complaint form and conduct outreach to the villagers. This program aims to strengthen Jatibatur Village’s digital connectivity by providing easily accessible information and an effective communication channel for residents. With this program, it is expected that Jatibatur Village will enhance transparency, efficiency in complaint management, and promote the village’s potential to a wider audience. These initiatives are anticipated not only to bring direct benefits to the villagers but also to serve as an example for other villages in utilizing technology for shared progress.
