In an effort to enhance the competence of Policy Analysts, the National Institute of Public Administration (LAN) in collaboration with the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Diponegoro University (Undip) conducted a certification exam for Policy Analysts. The exam was attended by 13 lecturers from the Department of Public Administration and one Master’s student in Public Administration.

Four assessors from LAN and two assessors from the National Professional Certification Board (BNSP) were present to evaluate the participants. The purpose of this certification exam is to improve the competency of lecturers in their role as Policy Analysts, ensuring they can perform their duties professionally.

The primary goal of this event is to align the core competencies and specialized skills required for Policy Analysts, especially within the academic environment. This initiative is expected to enhance the lecturers’ abilities to excel in their roles as proficient and competitive policy analysts.
