Pekalongan, August 6, 2024 – The Community Service Program (KKN) undertaken by Muhammad Afnan Adlani, a student from Universitas Diponegoro, has brought significant changes to the service system in Rembun Village, Siwalan Subdistrict, Pekalongan Regency. Afnan, currently in his sixth semester, introduced a digital innovation aimed at simplifying community access to administrative services at the village office through the Linktree platform.
The Linktree platform has been designed to integrate various document services needed by the people of Rembun Village, including:
- SKCK Application Letter
- Certificate of Indigency (SKTM)
- Business Permit Letter (SKU)
- Loss Report Certificate
- Certificate of Single Name
- And many other services.
The head of Rembun Village expressed that this platform enables residents to manage various administrative needs more easily and quickly.
“The digital service introduced by the KKN student from Universitas Diponegoro is a much-needed step forward for Rembun Village. This Linktree not only saves time and energy for our residents but also enhances the efficiency of services at our village office.”
With Linktree, the community can now access these services anytime and anywhere through their phones or other devices. This innovation is designed to make the service process more efficient, reduce the need for residents to make repeated trips to the village office, and expedite the processing of the necessary documents.
To ensure this innovation is well-known and utilized by the community, Afnan has also created and distributed posters and brochures explaining how to access and use the Linktree platform. It is hoped that through this outreach, the people of Rembun Village can better understand and benefit from this digital service, making the village office’s operations faster, easier, and unrestricted by time or location.
