Wonogiri (08/01/2024) – In an effort to improve public service quality and provide greater opportunities for community participation, students from the Community Service Program (KKN) conducted training on using digital complaint services at the Kerjo Kidul Village Hall, Ngadirojo District, Wonogiri Regency. This training addresses the issue of low community participation in expressing aspirations and complaints.

Residents of Kerjo Kidul Village have often faced difficulties in voicing their complaints or suggestions to the village government. The lack of effective platforms for sharing aspirations has been a significant barrier. Recognizing this situation, KKN students took the initiative to organize this training.

“We hope that through this training, the residents of Kerjo Kidul Village can more easily convey their aspirations and complaints directly to the village government,” said Faizal, the initiator of the KKN program. “With the digital complaint service, we aim to enhance transparency and accountability in village governance.”

The training included easy-to-understand materials for the community, such as how to access the digital complaint service, fill out complaint forms, and monitor complaint progress. Additionally, the KKN students conducted complaint simulations to provide participants with a deeper understanding.

One of the Kerjo Kidul Village officials, Tri Sujarwanto, warmly welcomed this initiative. “We greatly appreciate the efforts of the KKN students. This training is very beneficial for us and the community. With the digital complaint service, we hope to offer better services to the residents,” he said.

This training is expected to encourage the residents of Kerjo Kidul Village to actively participate in village development. Furthermore, it is hoped that the village government will be more responsive to the community’s aspirations and complaints.
