It presented several speakers, namely Dr. Sunee Hongwiset (Lecturer at Bhurapa University, Thailand), Prof. Dr. Tuomo Rautakivi (Lecturer at Royal University of Pnom Penh, Cambodia), and Dr. Slamet Rosyadi, M.Si (Lecturer at Jendral Sudirman University). , Indonesia).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-24417 size-full alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/fisip.undip.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-06-26-at-10.35.39-1.jpeg\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 502px, 100vw\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fisip.undip.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-06-26-at-10.35.39-1.jpeg 502w, https:\/\/fisip.undip.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-06-26-at-10.35.39-1-480x312.jpeg 480w\" alt=\"\" width=\"502\" height=\"326\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In her presentation, Dr. Sunee Hongwiset said that there were four phases of tourism development in Thailand. First, by attracting the interest of generations Z, Y, X. Next, building a silver hair generation that had been vaccinated. Third, creating travel targets between regions during a pandemic. Fourth, collaborating with provinces and districts.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Tuomo explained the importance of the tourism sector as a source of annual investment. This sector was very influential on the country when inflation occurred, especially during a pandemic. Tuomo also said that the number of foreign tourists in Cambodia decreased by 62.8 percent. This is as stated by Dr. Slamet Rosyadi, M.Sc., that the implementation of social restrictions during the Covid-19 pandemic had had a significant impact on Indonesian tourism.
