\u201cI was involved in student organizations and research activities, in research activities, I had attended several conferences and research dissemination, such as the Biannual International Conference on Indonesian Politics and Government in 2019 and the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations in 2021. In student organizations, I started my career as a functionary of the 2018 Undip FISIP Student Executive Board, the Chairman of the Action and Propaganda Division of the 2019 Undip Student Executive Board, as well as the Chairman of the 2020 Undip FISIP Student Executive Board,\u201d said Albert Jehoshua Rapha, a prospective graduate at the 165th Graduation of Universitas Diponegoro who gets cumlaude predicate with a GPA of 3.74.<\/p>\n
\u201cIn student organizations, when I was the Chairman of the 2020 FISIP BEM, together with the superteam, we initiated the first BEM\u2019s sustainable organizational strategic plan at Undip under the name Sustainable Organizational Planning Goals (SOPGs) for the next five years, initiating the first cross-border BEM collaboration among all BEM in Indonesia along with the Universiti Malaya Student Union. Besides, we had a collaboration with IKA FISIP to launch the UKT Scholarship program for FISIP students during the pandemic. In research, I had the opportunity to become a research assistant for lecturers and intern as a research assistant at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Indonesia. In addition, I had also produced three publications, one of them in 2021, by contributing in the book\u00a0Novus Politika: Changing Dynamics in International Politics,<\/em>\u00a0and an article entitled\u00a0Rethinking Democracies in Asia: A Reflection on Asia\u2019s Market Megatrends and the Future of Democracy<\/em>. From 2019 to 2021, I had been a speaker in more than 60 student training activities and seminars both at Undip and several other campuses in Indonesia,\u201d continued this student who is majoring in Public Administration, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences.<\/p>\n For Albert, Undip had become the right place for him to develop knowledge and soft skills, train himself to have an impact on society and build connections. Behind all that, Undip had instilled a passion to contribute to making a better Indonesia in the future<\/p>\n \u201cAmid the demographic bonus, Indonesia needs a lot of young educated people to come together through organizations, generate ideas, and have a real impact in solving various problems in this country and encouraging national development. Organizations here can be communities, NGOs, and even start-ups. For me, education should liberate minds and spawn ideas, while an organization\u2019s mission is to deploy those ideas into concrete impacts on society,\u201d he said. (Lin-Humas)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
