Semarang (19\/4). <\/strong>What happens when design is combined with storytelling, colour, and passion? The answer can be found in Design Class 2025. This program is not just a technical training session, but a creative experience that teaches participants how to visually convey ideas with style and also implies meaning. This design class is a work program of the Media and Information Department (MEDINFO) of the Public Administration Student Association at Undip, designed to expand design knowledge and skills for both students and the general public.<\/p>\n

Carrying the theme \u201cTelling Stories with Design\u201d, this class encourages participants to understand that design is not just about aesthetics, but also about how to convey message, ideas, and stories in a meaningful visual way. The material is presented by Dinda Elvina, a design content creator who is active on TikTok and Instagram. She is known for her distinct design style and relaxed delivery, creating a fun, friendly, and inspiring learning environment. In this class, participants learn the basics of design\u2014from choosing fonts and arranging color tones to the fundamental principles of visual storytelling. All the material is packaged in an interesting and easy-to-understand way, even for those who don\u2019t have a background in design.<\/p>\n

To enhance the excitement and ensure participants absorb the material well, the organizers included interactive game sessions using Quizizz. Small laughs began to emerge as the thrilling competition on the leaderboard made the atmosphere livelier and filled with enthusiasm. As the highlight of the series of activities, an infographic competition was held using the Canva application, providing participants a platform to apply the knowledge they had learned. Participants were given five days to develop ideas and arrange the visual concepts they wanted to build in their individual works. The experience didn\u2019t stop there, documentation moments became a space for expression, with satisfied faces and warm comments filling the screen. After the event, the atmosphere grew even warmer through messages from participants in Instagram group of the Design Class 2025. \u201cThank you to the committee members for organizing this awesome event.\u201d \u201cI\u2019m really happy to gain new knowledge here, looking forward to the second class!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The slogan \u201cNot Just Style, But Real Meaning\u201d truly came alive throughout the entire series of activities. This spirit was reflected not only in the materials and participants\u2019 design outcomes but also clearly shone through their enthusiasm during the sessions. The happiness and passion shown by participants became a positive energy for the committee, who also felt satisfaction and gratitude for the event\u2019s success.<\/p>\n
