Wonogiri, (08/01/2024) – In an effort to improve public service quality and create a broader platform for community participation, university students involved in the Community Service Program (KKN) organized training sessions on using digital complaint services at the Kerjo Kidul Village Hall, Ngadirojo Subdistrict, Wonogiri Regency. This training addresses the issue of low community participation in conveying aspirations and complaints.

Residents of Kerjo Kidul Village have often faced difficulties in submitting complaints or suggestions to the village government. The lack of effective channels to communicate aspirations has been one of the primary obstacles. Recognizing this challenge, the KKN students took the initiative to conduct the training.

“We hope that through this training, the residents of Kerjo Kidul Village will find it easier to convey their aspirations and complaints directly to the village government,” said Faizal, the initiator of the KKN work program. “With the availability of digital complaint services, it is expected to improve transparency and accountability in village governance.”

The training featured easy-to-understand materials for the community, covering how to access digital complaint services, fill out complaint forms, and monitor complaint progress. Additionally, the KKN students provided a simulation of the complaint process to give participants a deeper understanding.

Tri Sujarwanto, a village official from Kerjo Kidul, welcomed the initiative warmly. “We highly appreciate the KKN students’ efforts. This training is very beneficial for both us and the community. With the digital complaint service, we hope to provide better services to the residents,” he stated.

It is hoped that this training will encourage the residents of Kerjo Kidul Village to be more actively involved in village development. Furthermore, the village government is expected to respond more effectively to community aspirations and complaints.
