Regeneration activity is an event that Undip has been intensifying to develop in order to improve the quality of its human resources. This activity is divided into 3 events, namely the political regeneration, religious regeneration, and research regeneration. The discussion will focus on the discussion of the political regeneration activity. One of the forms of the political regeneration is the implementation of LKMMPD activitY or Pre-Elementary Student Leadership and Management Training.

LKMMPD is a mandatory regeneration event for all UNDIP new students to participate in. This LKMMPD is held by each association within the Universitas Diponegoro and is held in the middle of the first semester of each generation of new students. In the LKMMPD, there are compulsory materials that will be taught as the provisions to adapt from the middle school to the college vibes, which of course has a different atmosphere. These materials include the time management, self-potential analysis, trial techniques, entrepreneurship, organizational basics, and other materials that are very important for the future. LKMMPD has been written and regulated in the blue book. It is a regeneration book which has been the reference for the PSDM (Human Resource Development) and has been signed by the Rector to be legalized.

Regeneration activity like this is essential to train the students’ mental in the future and provide them with the knowledge that they should know. These are expected to support their organizational life in the college. Meanwhile, Undip has been known as a University with an almost complete series of regeneration activities and has become a reference for other universities in carrying out its regeneration activities. Therefore, as UNDIP students, it is a must to take part in such regeneration activity in order to obtain the maximum and optimal benefits.
