Odd Semester AY 2025/2026 begins in July with the payment period for Single Tuition Fee (UKT), re-registration, and filling out the Study Plan Card (IRS). August is filled with New Student Admissions, the Introduction to Campus Life and Student Orientation (PKKMB), and classes commence on August 25th. Academic evaluation and Midterm Examinations (UTS) are scheduled from September to October, followed by the 180th Graduation Period and Undip’s Anniversary celebration. Classes end on December 12th, followed by Final Examinations (UAS) until December 24th, and conclude with the end-of-year academic judgment session.
