Among the goals wish to be achieved by the Public Administration Department Diponegoro University, are :
- To increase the formal education quality of teaching staff (30% Doctor).
- To increase the GPA quality of students (with average 3,25).
- To optimize the skill of lecturer in research and community service.
- To increase the amount of student graduated on time (95%) as well as the number of scientific publication in national accredited journals.
- To increase the amount of research cooperation with relevant institutions.
- To increase the quality and quantity of community service program.
- To maintain the accreditation status of the institution.
- To develop the educational curriculum periodically.
- To obtain research outside of the Faculty regular budget.
